Where are you located? 

We are located in the United States, Tennessee to be exact!  Which means we get our orders out to you much faster than what you can expect from many other companies.  If you would like to read a little more about us head on over to our About Page :)

How long will it take to receive my order? 

We work very hard to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as we can.  It typically takes 24-48 hours to process, after your order ships, you can expect delivery time to be within 2-7 business days depending on your location* and the shipping service you choose.  

*Alaska and Hawaii should expect longer delivery times.  

How Do I Use This Product?

How Can I Track My Order?

We're glad you asked!  We offer a few ways to do this.  We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.  As soon as your tracking number goes live, we will update you with another email and that number.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order

Order cancellation or change requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.   

We will do our best to cancel or change an order upon request, however, we do our best to get your order prepared, processed, and out the door as quick as possible.  If the order has already been fulfilled we, unfortunately, won't be able to cancel the order. 


Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?

Well, we hope you love our products so much that this isn't a question you are asking, but we all have to return or exchange things sometimes!

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Product must not be used and in its original condition and packaging.  
  • Return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

*Returns made without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
*Orders that are refused are not eligible for a full refund.  Postage paid will be deducted subject to an additional restocking of 20%.
